Are your staff using safe password practices?

Please do not use the same password for all users across your company. Please do not hand your passwords out so that other staff can logon as you. Your password protects you, locks down your actions as you (And not someone acting as you) and having seperate passwords gives hackers less room to move. Please do not keep a list of passwords for all staff in a single file. Rarely do you need someones password. If you need to check out a users logon, passwords can be reset. Let’s make it harder for hackers to get into your systems !
