A huge congratulations to Don who has achieved his 3CX Basic Certification.

Although Don is already one of our most experienced 3CX phone technicians, achieving a 3CX certifications allows us to stay up to date with training and any new changes in managing 3CX Phone Systems.

Updating a 3CX certification allows our technicians to update their knowledge and undertake a strategic review of all current 3CX services, allowing us to provide our clients with the relevant knowledge to take full advantage of the great features that 3CX Phone systems have to offer.

Don will be gearing up to get his intermediate and advanced certificates soon.
